Job description

The purpose of the job is to lead pan-brand product supply and distribution in the region, focused on delivering flow of inventory to meet or exceed customer service levels, fill rates and cash flow targets. Drive best practices in partnership with global centers of excellence. Build a world class team and supply chain practices. Act as the voice of the region to Global Supply Chain to inform and influence development and sourcing strategies that optimize cost and service at total enterprise level

Key Responsibilities
In conjunction with global Supply Planning COE (Center of Excellence) and Distribution COE, develop and deliver regional product supply strategy and plan that meets regional operations business/customer goals and requirements.
Accountable for delivering units annually to region.
Act as member of regional leadership team and global GSC (Global Supply Chain) leadership team, driving key decisions related to product supply for the region.
Work with functional and country leaders to support profitable omni channel growth for the region.
Provide input from the region to inform and influence global development & sourcing strategies .
Serve as “single point of contact” for region on GSC related needs and issues.
Working with COE leaders, lead development of Planning and Distribution capabilities within region; provide regional input and requirements to global strategies and plans
.In partnership with regional commercial teams, balance inventory management (cash flow) and service levels for core and seasonal/fashion products
.Develop strategies and analytics for multiple (global or regional) products to manage the flow of inventory through the supply chain, meeting or exceeding inventory, cost and service levels
.Partner with regional/global planning partners to optimize global capacity planning effectiveness and efficiency.
In collaboration with SSM, vendor and LSA Hub planning partners, effectively manage and optimize the capacity and constraint resource planning process within SAP-APO for the LSE-Levi’s brand planning hub.
Manage and optimize all physical distribution assets for LS&Co. in the region; in conjunction with global COE, lead and manage all 3PL relationships.
Manage and optimize a regional logistics network with multiple distribution centers.
Ensure all social and environmental sustainability, regulatory and compliance measures are met within global guidelines.
Build and lead a world class product supply organization in the region.

Desired Skills and Experience
10+ years in supply chain leadership roles across multi discipline supply chain functions, in global apparel brand, leading a world class supply chain organization. Must have managed similar scale business.
Demonstrated ability to work in matrixed organization model.
Demonstrated ability of managing cost performance, and execution across a variety of product lines with high SKU counts and from multiple sources.
Experience in leading, planning, and implementing change.
Experience with building and running omni-channel supply chains
Capacity to build and influence relationships internally & externally.
Strong analytical, financial & P&L skill required to succeed.
Proven ability to adapt and manage effectively in fast paced changing environment
Superior team leadership skills and proven ability to develop talent. Bachelors degree with continuing education in best practices of supply chain management ; advanced degree preferred; APICS certification a plus.
