About The Role

The Project Manager’s primary responsibility is to drive process and scopestandardization and to manage project resources from initiation to implementationof the change. The functional domain is Customer Services Management (CSM).

Main Responsibilities

• Act as the ambassador and executor of change in Shared Service Centres: identification of continuous improvement initiatives of departmental performances and driving process
• Manage projects from setup to implementation; highlightand escalate project issues to management; foresees and resolves anyproblems, bottlenecks or scheduling conflicts; monitors project results against technical/business/financial
• Identifies and schedules project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
• Prepares project status reports and keeps management, stakeholders and others informed of project status and related issues.
• Develops project plans specifying goals staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans and allotment of resourcesfor each phase of the project, and arrangesassignment of project personnel.
• Executetransition of improvement project related trainings to project teams where necessary.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments, bestpractices and trends in customer service/SSC operations, and other functionalareas that may impact the AB InBev Services.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Fluent in English and additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability toc oordinate with other internal departments to deliver seamless service to customer.
• Excellent influencing skills - able to challenge management & staff where appropriate.
• Experience in operational activities combined with project management / process and system improvement
• Experience in working in a multi-national environment
• Computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Projectetc)
• Leadership skill, able to track and organize information data and communications efficiently
• Ability to coach and motivate team members and foster a cooperative team environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects parallel
• Ability to troubleshoot problems for others
