Job Purpose

The Senior Supply Chain Analyst is responsible to ensure excellent supply chain planning and production capacity maximizes potential sales at minimum inventory and logistics costs whilst respecting customer service expectations.

Job description

Inventory management

• Support maximum product availability
• Balance inventory levels based on tactical guidelines
• Ensure good quality of inventory, reduction of slow moving stock
• Define safety stock settings
• Ensure smooth introduction of new products
• Coordinate rebalancing of stock within distribution network

Demand Control

• Coordinate of monthly demand process
• Prepare demand review meetings with Sales & Marketing department
• Follow-up European Forecast Accuracy at market and size level
• Align and apply demand constraints with Sales & Marketing
• Validate Central Forecasts as basis for production requirements

Supply Control

• Calculate monthly import purchases from Japan
• Coordinate monthly S&OP process generating production requirements
• Define supply strategies with Sales & Marketing
• Control supply to critical car dealer channels
• Manage the deployment within European distribution networks
• Ensure Long-term visibility of supply

Desired Skills & Experience

• Education: Economics, Business administration, Engineering, Sciences
• Professional certifications: APICS - CPIM preferred
• Professional experience: minimum 3 years experience in supply chain
• Experience in multinational matrix environment is a plus.
• Industry: manufacturing or automotive background preferred
• Languages: Fluent English
• Competencies: Performance driven - Problem solving  - Planning & organizing
• Eager to learn
